The indispensable and unavoidable part of a student’s life are the golden school days. These are the autumn days of his/her life.
To celebrate the past cherished moments we had our 2nd Alumni meet “Yaad – E- Jashn” (memories celebrated) on 29th October ’08. It was the second day after Diwali and the school building was dressed like a newly wedded bride. Students started arriving from 5 pm. They were full of nostalgia. It was a happy evening for all the old students as well as teachers.
The programme began with a welcome speech by Ms. Vaishali Badmera. Then one representative from each batch was invited to present a report on the present status of all the batch-mates. After that a paper game was played by them which was a test of their geography knowledge. Then all the students were invited to the dance floor where the DJ was ready to rock them. It was a wonderful part of the evening as the students enjoyed the music and danced to its tune. The teachers also accompanied them in the dance.
Then, before dinner Ms. Badmera announced the prizes that were to be given to the students. She was assisted by Mrs. Namrata George for the same. Some of the prizes were : |
